POD Product Returns and Refunds Policy
(without right of withdrawal)
1. General
This policy describes the terms and procedures for returns and refunds of products sold through our online store. It applies to all products manufactured and sold through a print-on-demand (POD) process.
2. Return conditions
Returns are generally only possible if the product is faulty or damaged. Since most POD products are individually manufactured items, returns due to dissatisfaction or incorrect selection are not possible.
3. Return of faulty or damaged products
If a POD product arrives faulty or damaged, you have the right to request a return and refund. This also applies to products that do not match the order due to a printing error or material defect. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to arrange the return and refund.
4. Return costs
In the event of a return due to faulty or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the product is not faulty or damaged (e.g. due to a product that you do not like), a refund of the return shipping costs is not possible.
5. Refund for defective products
If the product is returned due to our error (e.g. faulty manufacturing, incorrect delivery), we will refund the purchase price including the original delivery costs. The refund will be made using the method of payment you used when ordering. We may refuse to refund until we have received the product back or you can provide proof of posting.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of return.
6. Conditions for a return
The product must be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition.
All labels and packaging must be intact and in their original condition. For personalized products (e.g. with names or individual designs), returns are only possible if the product is defective or faulty.
7. Return of products
If you wish to return a faulty product, please contact us beforehand to arrange the return. Returning without prior consent may result in delays or rejection of the refund.
Please send the product to the address confirmed by us within 14 days of the fault notification.
8. Exceptions and special regulations
Returns are not possible if the product has been personalized or made to your specifications and is free of defects. Products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery or that show signs of use after the packaging has been opened cannot be returned. In the case of hygiene products or sealed products, returns are only possible if there are defects, provided the seal has not yet been removed.
